Many of us look for ways to organize our information, files, documents, etc. so that we can access them easily. We also would love the ability to access all of our documents and information on-the-go, without having to carry around a flash drive, that is prone to break and malfunction at any given time, or without having to log onto a website everytime we need a file.
I have found a service that allows me to do just that.... Dropbox. It allows me to access my documents for all of my Real Estate Clients, my slideshows for the Real Estate courses that I teach at Hondros College and any personal documents or information that I need to access. What is even better about Dropbox is that the information synchronzies to all of your devices, including your smartphone, and shows and behaves just like a folder on your hard-drive, without taking up hard-drive space!! You can save documents, pictures and videos and organize them in folders anyway that you choose.
This service has streamlined the way that I function and manage my business and my life.
